Annie’s Pooch Pops started over 20 years ago to provide the pet industry with a super-premium, gourmet treat that was healthy and aesthetically appealing to both pet and owner.
The business started with humble roots in the family’s kitchen. As demand increased, Annie’s Pooch Pops rented a kitchen overnight from a local restaurant. Cooking from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. wasn’t easy but eventually the business moved into its first dedicated facility, a 4,000 square foot barn in northern New Jersey horse country. In 2017, Annie’s Pooch Pops settled into a 20,000 square human-grade food facility in Bangor, Pennsylvania.
